  • CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

    Yes, on www.hybstore.com you have the possibility to change your mind and return your order fully or partially, if the items purchased are not to your liking or if you want to change size or colour.

    Private customers can, within 14 days after the receipt of the goods, exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal is exercised by the Customer properly if the following conditions are completely fulfilled:
    - The requesting subject must be a private customer not registered for VAT;
    - The product to be returned must be sent back to the company intact, complete with all its parts, not used nor washed, within its original packaging and with its original tags attached, inside the original trasparent folding packagings, undamaged. Our products are high-quality, help us keeping it this way to offer you the best service possible, thank you!
    - Returning items must be sent back to Hyb in one single shipment;
    - The Customer will be charged for all return shipping fees will be charged, whereas the new shipping will be paid by Hyb.

  • HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?

    You can return your products within 14 days after the delivery of the order.

  • WHAT CAN I GET?

    If you make a return, you can get:
    - A size, colour, model replacement equal to the value of the returned items.
    - A voucher equal to the value of the returned item, to be spent on the website to purchase any other Hyb products. The voucher will not have an expiration date and will be applied to the new cart to reduce the total amount.
    - The refund of returned items.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO TO MAKE A RETURN?

    1) Inside the package you received there is a “Return and Refund Form”. In case it is not there or you have lost it, don't worry! Contact us on Whatsapp at +39 348 75 56 973 or via email at support@hybstore.com and we will send you a PDF copy to print.
    2) Fill in the Return Form with all the data requested, according to the action you want to carry out.
    3) Put the Return Form inside the package and ship it to the following address: Hyb, Via Gorizia 148/B, 10137 Turin – Italy.
    4) As soon as Hyb receives your return and verifies that the garments are intact, it will carry out the item replacement, send you the voucher or execute the refund. Note: If you purchased with cash on delivery, it will take longer for items replacement/ creation of voucher/refund, as Hyb will first have to wait for the amount from the carrier.

  • WHERE CAN I SEND MY PRODUCTS BACK?

    You can send returning items (in one single shipment) to the following address: Hyb, Via Gorizia 148/B, 10137 Turin – Italy.
    We remind that you will be charged for all return shipping fees whereas the new shipping will be paid by us.

  • HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND FOR MY RETURN?

    - We will refund you by the same payment method chosen for the online purchase. The refund will be executed within and no later than 30 days once the return has been received.
    - For orders paid cash on delivery, the refund will be executed by bank transfer. If you paid on delivery, we therefore ask you to enter an IBAN with titleholder in the Return Form.
    We remind that refunds for cash on delivery take longer as the company receives the amount from the carrier 10/15 working days after customer delivery. Therefore, Hyb will execute the refund only after collecting the amount

  • CAN I GET A REFUND TO A DIFFERENT CREDIT CARD TO THE ONE USED TO MAKE THE ORDER?

    No, the refund will be made to the same credit card or Paypal account used for the online purchase.
