WHO WILL DELIVER MY ORDER?
We avail ourselves of the professionalism of our appointed shipment partners: SDA, GLS.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Express courier shipping , only for Italy, costs 5.90 € per shipment on the entire national territory.
For orders over 40.00 € shipping is free on national territory (Italy).
The conditions listed above apply to shipments whose total weight does not exceed 10,0 kg.
For each order, the Customer has to provide at least one phone number so the courier can contact you in case of delivery problems.. In case of a missed delivery not due to Hyb Srls or to the express courier, after 2 other consecutive attempts, fees will be charged to the Customer for storage or returning just as determined by express courier. If the consignee is absent upon delivery, the courier will leave a note of attempted delivery with a phone number to call for planning a redelivery.
In any case, Hyb Srls is not liable for any direct or indirect damage due to delay in delivery of the order or to the loss of the package by the courier.
Upon delivery, the Customer is required to check that:
• the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
• that the packaging is intact, not damaged, even in the sealing materials.
In the event of any damage and/or alteration to the packaging or to the product, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or the delivery by putting a written "Reserve of control" on the courier’s proof of delivery document. The Customer is required to report promptly any damage during transportation to: email@example.com
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery times for express courier are on average within 48 hours from the order confirmation; this term is however purely indicative and not mandatory. The delivery of the order will take place during working hours at the address provided in the order form. It is absolutely necessary that the Customer is available to collect the package at the times indicated, to avoid missed delivery and consequent storage fees charged.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE WAS LOST?
Contact the GLS or SDA office closer to your city asking for explanations and providing them with the shipping code of your order to check if they have it still in storage and eventually if you can collect it personally. Please contact us if the delivery of your order do not take place within 72 hours from the shipping notice of your order.
